What are the essential steps to setting up and maintaining coherent, purposeful collaborative work? How do you build an organisation? How do you get from “a bunch of people wanting to do things together” to a working and evolving organisation.

A key task to build an organisation is to set your purpose, why is your organisation here? Are you here to increase grass roots sport, are you here to increase the number of people playing cricket or are you here to win the grand final?
