Fixed Term (Part Time)
Centre for Participation is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person who wants to change the lives of Aboriginal youth.
Right on Track is a creative ‘deadly bike’ program that seeks to engage Aboriginal youth aged 12-19 in a program that features mechanical, physical and community activities. The program has been designed as an early intervention for those at risk.
The project will be coordinated by Centre for Participation, in partnership with Goolum Goolum Aboriginal Cooperative. It is a part time (0.6fte – 45.6 hours per fortnight) fixed term appointment until 30 June 2018 and has a competitive salary, plus salary packaging and superannuation.
Some of the key responsibilities and accountabilities for this position include:
- Assist in the Development of the Course Structure
- Program Marketing and Publicity Strategy
- Develop the Capacity of Young People to Overcome Adversity and Achieve their Aspirations
