Centre for Participation is a not-for-profit provider of the federal government’s Commonwealth Home Support Programme. This program provides entry-level home care and support for people aged 65 years and over (or 50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), who need some help to live independently at home. At the Centre we can provide:

Transport – If you are our CHSP client and have transport with My Aged Care we can provide you with Taxi vouchers for local trips in Horsham or if needed a volunteer to transport you to the shop for shopping assistance. If you need to get to the hospital or an appointment, we will organise a volunteer driver to get you there (maximum journey distance is to Ballarat). If you just want to attend social activities with your friends/family and are finding transportation difficult give us a call 5382 5607

For all transport services a client contribution is required. Depending on your My Aged Care status the following charges apply.
