Laneway is a food and hospitality social enterprise serving up great local meals, all while giving back to our Horsham community.

Through Laneway, you can access your trusted Meals on Wheels service, delivering nutritious, delicious meals throughout the Horsham local government area. We’ll bring your choice of quality, home-style meals right to your doorstep as part of our service ensuring our community stays healthy and well-fed.

How to access Laneway – Meals on Wheels

If you are an eligible Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) participant, placing your meal order is easy – simply contact Grampians Community Health on (03) 5358 7400. For those on a Home Care Package (HCP), please contact your HCP provider.

Being a social enterprise means that what we do is about so much more than just tasty and convenient meals. We invest back into our community to change lives, futures and the broader Horsham region. People with barriers to employment are supported to work with us at Laneway – Meals on Wheels and take part in ways that suit them, helping people grow their work and life skills, make friends, and get involved in the community.

As locals helping locals, we’re a meal service with a difference! Laneway is proudly an initiative of the Centre for Participation.
