You do not have to give us your name. Making a complaint will not affect the services or support you receive from us.

Centre for Participation is committed to providing safe, inclusive and respectful services and environments for everyone. We do not tolerate racism, discrimination, harassment or victimisation towards or by employees, volunteers, participants, clients, learners, families, visitors or members of our community.

We respect and value people of all cultures, backgrounds and identities and are committed to culturally safe and inclusive services. Anyone who experiences or witnesses racism or discrimination when engaging with Centre for Participation is encouraged to raise a concern or make a complaint through our Tell Us What You Think process. Concerns will be taken seriously and managed fairly and respectfully.
