Developed through community consultation and aligned with key state and national policy directions, this plan guides our next five years as we build a more inclusive, empowered and sustainable future for the Wimmera Southern Mallee.
Our Focus
The plan sets out four strategic priorities:
- Enhance Community Engagement – Deepen partnerships, reduce isolation, and make participation more inclusive.
- Expand Learning Opportunities – Provide accessible pathways to skills, jobs, and lifelong education.
- Revolutionise Volunteering and Workforce Development – Rethink volunteering as a pathway to purpose, leadership, and employment.
- Strengthen ESG Sustainability – Embed environmental, social, and governance best practices to ensure long-term resilience.
