Our Wimmera Food Collective is looking for a vibrant, supportive Hospitality Mentor to join our social enterprise team!

In this role, you’ll: 🍽️ Support front-of-house operations and food preparation
🤝 Mentor people with additional needs
🌟 Bring positive energy, creativity, and innovation to our café environment
💬 Help break down barriers to employment and social inclusion

📅 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am–2.30pm (32.5 hours/week)
📍 Location: Horsham, Victoria
