Help create real opportunities for people with disability to participate, learn and thrive.
The Centre for Participation is seeking a programs and social enterprise initiatives that build skills, confidence and community connection for people with disability.
This role will work alongside people with disability, staff and community partners to support learning pathways, peer workforce development and participation opportunities through innovative community programs and social enterprises.
You will lead a small team, coordinate program delivery and contribute to strengthening inclusive employment and participation pathways across the organisation.

Hospitality Allrounder (Above Award | Multi-Site | Mentoring Focus)
Our Hospitality Allrounders are part of our broader social enterprise model, which creates inclusive employment and participation opportunities across a range of community services. Working within our hospitality operations, the role supports the delivery of quality food and welcoming customer experiences, while also mentoring people with disability undertaking work experience. Through hands-on support and teamwork, Hospitality Allrounders help build skills, confidence and pathways into employment that extend beyond the café and into our wider social enterprise activities.
