English Language Program – Beginners

Develop your skills and confidence to actively participate in the community.

Overview:

Lean to speak, read and write basic English. Learn to recognise common words and phrases. Learn to write for everyday purposes. Learn about Australian culture and share information about your own culture. Develop friendships and have fun.

The course is held on Thursdays during school terms.

Semester 1 – 18 July to 5 December 2024

Entry Requirements:

This training has been developed for people who have very little spoken and/or written English skills and who are keen to improve their skills to enhance their interactions with others.

Awards Issued:

A Statement of Participation will be presented at the end of the program.
