As Rural Northwest Hospital CEO and a CPA, Kevin has extensive experience across the not-for-profit and corporate sectors. He also serves the Wimmera PCP, and the Wimmera Southern Mallee Health Alliance.
Drawing on extensive finance, governance and risk management experience, Darren has had a relationship with the Centre for Participation since 2012 and is the secretary of a local sports club who is passionate about making our communities stronger and more successful in a way that supports the wellbeing of structures that make the life of people more interesting and stimulating.
Ray has a keen interest in governance and was a key architect in developing the governance foundations for the ‘Lighting the Regions’ project, which incorporated 16 separate and significantly diverse councils. Committed to new solutions in community and business development, Ray is the current Independent candidate for the Mallee seat.
Diana brings experience in providing oversight and review of strategy implementation, policies, protocols and legal compliance, while also providing financial oversight and safeguarding of organisational assets. A passionate board member of several local committees, she also has a wide breadth of experience in HR, OH & S, and research, and has qualifications including a BA Applied Management, Diploma Risk Management and Business Continuity, and a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.
Dorothy has served as both Mayor and Councillor of Northern Grampians Shire, as a board member for the Wimmera Regional Library Corporation and the North Central Local Learning and Employment Network. A passionate advocate for organised volunteering, Dorothy is the current editor of the North Central News.
Wendy is a business owner and was a previous councillor on Hindmarsh Shire Council. She has completed the Business Leaders Leadership Program and is actively involved across many facets of her community.
As Grampians Community Health CEO, Greg has a long history of organisational leadership and contributing to community services. Having served on numerous boards, he brings a wealth of experience and skills.
A very experienced Project Manager, Sally has a background in the agricultural, educational and emergency management sectors. Currently serving on several local boards, she brings a BA in Education ad Travel Administration and extensive training experience to the role.

Julie continues to drive an expansive and influential agenda. She calls on extensive governance and management experience, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of Wimmera PHN Community Council and Wimmera’s Primary Care, and is Chair of Hopetoun Neighbourhood House.
An experienced operator in community and youth services, as well as training design and development, Robbie has extensive expertise and learning environment experience. He is also a board member of Stawell Neighbourhood House Inc.
Judy has over 15 years of experience leading dynamic teams of service professionals. Her experience includes senior roles in Local Government and regional community health during times of unprecedented reforms and organisational re-structuring.
