About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Mentor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming cafeteria environment. Working as part of a supportive team, you will manage day-to-day operations while mentoring pathway participants, including individuals with additional needs and women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds across the Wimmera.
You’ll not only ensure high-quality service and products but also inspire and guide participants as they overcome barriers to employment and build their confidence and skills in a professional setting.
