✔ Serve up top-notch coffee & hospitality (Barista skills a plus!)
✔ Manage till systems & cash handling
✔ Maintain food hygiene & safety standards
✔ Keep the space clean, organised & welcoming
✔ Mentor and support pathway participants with patience & professionalism
✔ Bring a positive, solution-focused attitude to the team
